JOHNSON, VT. – Limited spaces are still available for camps at Johnson State College this summer. Register soon for softball, girls' soccer, girls' basketball and the second session of boys' basketball.

The Johnson State Softball Camp will take place July 23rd to July 28th and is open to girls in grades 4 through 12, with an overnight option available for campers in 5th grade and over. The camp will be staffed by Johnson State Head Softball Coach Robert Gervais, his coaching staff and members of the Johnson State softball team. Pitchers will do daily routines to reinforce skills, while all campers will participate in skill drills that are competitive and fun and learn about the mental side of the game. The overnight camp is $430, with the day camper option available for $295 per week. There are also sibling discounts available.
The JSC Soccer High School Prep & Prospect Camp will run from Sunday, July 30th to Wednesday, August 2nd and is open to girls entering grades 9 through 12. The overnight camp will be run by Johnson State Head Women's Soccer Coach Andrew Lafrenz and members of the Johnson State women's soccer team. Campers will participate in technical, tactical, mental and physical drills for total player development. The camp is $350 and includes all meals and lodging.
The Johnson State College Girls Basketball Development Camp will take place from Sunday, August 6th to Thursday, August 10th. There are options for high school soccer players to check out early for high school soccer tryouts. The camp is open to girls entering grades 3 through 12, with an overnight option for campers entering 6th grade and over. The camp will be staffed by Johnson State Head Women's Basketball Coach Greg Eckman and members of the Johnson State women's basketball team. Campers will participate in skills workouts, mini drills, fun competition games and intense full court 5 v 5 action. The overnight camp is $425 per week, with the day option available for $295 per week. Sibling discounts are available.
The Northern Vermont Hoop Camp will take place from Thursday, August 10 to Monday, August 14, 2017 and is open to boys 4th to 12th grade, with an overnight option for campers in 6th grade and over. The camp will be staffed by Johnson State Head Men's Basketball Coach Miles Smith, members of the Johnson State men's basketball team and other current and former collegiate basketball players and coaches. Instruction will focus on skill development as well as live 5 v 5 team games. The residential camp is $400 per week, with the full-day option available for $300 per week. Multiple child discounts are available. All fees are due with registration. Campers will not be allowed to participate if all fees are not paid.
