WATERVILLE, MAINE - The North Athletic Conference (NAC) has announced its weekly honors for men's basketball and Johnson State's Marqwon Wynn (Wilmington, Del.) has been named the Player of the Week.

Wynn led the Badgers to three conference wins on the week, averaging 17 points, three rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.3 steals per game. In an 85-80 overtime win against Colby-Sawyer, the junior netted 19 points, including a three-pointer in the final second of regulation to send the game into overtime. He also added five steals, two rebounds and one assist in the overtime victory. Then in an 84-72 win over UMaine-Farmington, the guard recorded 15 points, four rebounds and four assists, while shooting an impressive 70% (7-of-10) from the floor. Wynn ended the week by scoring 17 points, gathering three rebounds, dishing three assists and earning two steals in an 86-77 victory over Thomas.

Johnson will travel to Pine Manor on Tuesday, January 10th for a non-conference game at 3:00 p.m.
