LYNDONVILLE, Vt. – The Johnson State College men's basketball team defeated Lyndon State College 109-86 in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) contest on Tuesday evening.
The Badgers improve to 4-7 (2-4 NAC) on the season while the Hornets move to 1-10 (1-5 NAC).
1st HALF
The teams traded points in the early going, with Lyndon holding a 13-11 edge seven minutes in. The Badgers went on to outscore Lyndon 40-29 through the remainder of the half to take a 53-40 lead into the break.
2nd HALF
Johnson kept control in the second, building their lead at one point to 30 and took the 101-86 victory.
