Men's Basketball Announces the Commitment of Kiyl Mack for the 2019-2020 Season

JOHNSON, Vt.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's basketball program and Head Coach Miles Smith received their latest commitment for the 2019-2020 season from Kiyl Mack.

Mack comes to Northern Vermont Uniersity-Johnson from Chester, Pennsylvania and was a member of the Archbishop Carroll varsity basketball team. Mack plans to pursue a degree in Business Management. "I enjoyed my visit at NVU-Johnson and enjoyed time with the guys on the team", said Mack. 

Mack was intrigued by Northern Vermont University-Johnson due to his relationship with Coach Smith and the members of the men's basketball program. "I am excited to join the Badger athletic family. My goal is to continue doing what I have to do on the court and in the classroom to make an impact for the Badgers", said Mack. "Throughout the recruiting process Coach Smith was honest and made me feel at home". 

On the court Mack earned All-Delaware County honors and was an impact player for Archbishop Carroll. "Kiyl will be a great addition to our program", said Smith. "He comes from a winning program that competes in the best league in the state of Pennsylvania. Kiyl brings toughness and an ability to be impactful on both ends of the court". 

With the additional of Kiyl Mack the Badgers will bring in one of the most versatile recruiting classes since the hiring of Head Coach Miles Smith

The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's basketball program will announce future commitments in the near future for the 2019-2020 campaign.
