WATERVILLE, ME.-The North Atlantic Conference office has announced that Jaymes Savage has been named the NAC men's basketball Rookie of the Week.
Savage was named to the NVU Tip-Off Classic All-Tournament Team for his performance in the opening games of the season for NVU-Johnson. First, he scored 12 points and provided six rebounds in a loss to MCLA. The following day, Savage pushed the pace in transition and scored a team-high 17 points on 70 percent shooting from the field and added four rebounds in the 95-87 win over Vermont Technical College.
