WESTFIELD, MASS. – The Johnson State College men's golf team took 7th place of 14 teams at the 2016 Westfield State Invitational at Tekoa Country Club on Tuesday. The Badgers earned a team score of 336, 44 off the pace of tournament winner Babson.
Top Performers
Kiley Moody (Wolcott, Vt.) was the low man for Johnson, shooting a 79 (+8) on the day, finishing tied for 15th in the 69 person tournament. Austin Walters (Grantham, N.H.) was also strong for the Badgers, coming in tied for 25th with a score of 83 (+12). Philip Lyon (South Burlington, Vt.), Colin Compagna (Morrisville, Vt.), and Nick Audet (Morrisville, Vt.) also competed for the Badgers.
