ST. GEORGE, Vt. – The Johnson State College men's golf team finished 2nd with a team score of 369 in the Johnson Invitational hosted at Rocky Ridge Golf Club. Castleton beat out the Badgers by 21 strokes to take the win, while the Spartans Jordon Ayer took medalist honors with an 83 (+11)
Top Performers
Austin Walters (Grantham, N.H.), David Albright (Grantham, N.H.) and Philip Lyon (South Burlington, Vt.) each carded a 90 (+18) for the Badgers, while Colin Compagna (Morrisville, Vt.) was Johnson's final scorer with a 99 (+27)
