JAY PEAK, Vt. – The Johnson State College men's golf team hosted and won the Lou Jarvis Memorial at Jay Peak Resort on Friday afternoon. The Badgers notched a team score of 343 to best Norwich by 19 strokes. David Albright (Grantham, N.H.) earned medalist honors for the third tournament in a row, shooting a 78 (+6) for a nine stroke margin over second place.
TOP PERFORMERS
Austin Walters (Grantham, N.H., +15 87) and Philip Lyon (South Burlington, Vt., +16 88) followed Albright, coming in second and tied for third, respectively. Jason Klevan, (Newton, Mass.) rounded out the Johnson scorers, shooting a +18 90 and coming in seventh place.
