Johnson, Vt – The NVU-Johnson men's golf team rallied to win the Northern Vermont University- Johnson Invitational on Friday afternoon at the Stowe Country Club located in Stowe, Vt.
NVU- Johnson compiled an overall team score of 318. Senior David Albright earned medalist honors with a score of 75. Albright birdied two holes on the front nine and birdied three holes over the course of eighteen holes. Both Philip Lyon and Robert Maher finished with single round scores of 79 that put them tied for second place on the day.
Rounding out the scores for the Badgers was Austin Walters who finished with a score of 85 and Kaden Swett with a score of 90.
Northern Vermont University–Johnson will take a week off from competition before traveling for the Fall Jug Classic on Friday, September 7that the Cobleskill Country Club.
