Becker College defeated Johnson State College 13-0 in non-conference men's lacrosse action Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field. The win lifts the Hawks record to 4-2 while the Badgers sink to 0-4.

The Shutout was the first since March 26, 2011 when the Hawks blanked Wheelock College. Becker was led with hat-tricks from Alex Rossman  and Cruz Desrochers. Blake Gordon and Cody Leary  chipped in with two goals apiece.

Jeffrey Candee made one save to earn his first collegiate shutout.  Johnson State goalie Jay Palmisano kept the Badgers in the game with 26 saves.

Johnson State returns to action tomorrow, March 29 when they travel to Wheelock College at noon. Becker will host Emerson College on Wednesday, April 1 at 4:00 p.m.
