Caforia, Croteau Earn NAC Men's Soccer Honors

WATERVILLE, Maine – Johnson State College seniors Dominic Caforia (Waterbury, Vt.) and freshman Jarod Croteau (Loudonville, N.Y.) were among those honored by the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) on Tuesday as the conference announced its end of season awards for men's soccer.

Caforia was named to the All-Conference Second Team, while Croteau was named to the Sportsmanship Team.

Caforia, a four-year member of the Badgers men's soccer team, ranked fourth in the conference in goals (11) and second in assists (10) and points (32) despite playing in only 12 games. Caforia ends his career ranked fourth on the program's all-time points (74) and goals (29) list and sixth all-time in assists (16).

Croteau, a first-year member of the men's soccer team, was named to the NAC Men's Soccer Sportsmanship Team, which is reserved for those who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior. The honorees are individuals who have positively affected the soccer culture and environment and whose behavior clearly demonstrates sportsmanship and integrity that go beyond the playing rules and etiquette.
