
WATERVILLE,ME- The Northern Vermont University men's soccer team fell to Thomas College by a score of 5-1 on Saturday afternoon.
SCORING
1st Half- The Badgers couldn't find the back of the net in the first half. Thomas College opened up the game in the 28thminute with a goal by Adam LaBrie. Michael Sanzari scored a second goal for the Terriers in the 35thminute giving Thomas a 2-0 lead headed into the second half.
2nd Half- Sophomore Jarod Croteau (Loudonville, NY) scored the lone goal for the Badgers. Croteau has scored two goals on the season. Thomas College scored three goals in the second half LaBrie and Sanzari both scored goals in the second half and Josh Irving added a goal.
GOALKEEPERS
Gerrit Lane (Moretown,Vt) played the entire game in goal for the Badgers. Lane collected 4 saves.
