WATERVILLE, ME- Tristan Salgado (Essex,Vt.) has been selected as this week's North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week.

Salgado scored a key goal for the Badgers in an exciting comeback against conference foe UMaine-Farmington. Down 3-1 with three minutes to play, Salgado pushed in a key goal, his 9th of the season. The forward line kept up the pressure and the Badgers eventually won in overtime. Salgado currently ranks third in the NAC in goals.
