Both teams entered the game fired up on the offensive end leading to an early goal by each team. Only two minutes into the game Rivier struck first with Jason Harlow scoring unassisted. But a minute later Aidin Joyce fired back off the assist by Elliud Villarreal to tie the game back up at 1-1. Rivier outshot the Johnson Badgers 15 to 6 but Carlos Dominguez made sure to not allow them to take the lead again and had a total of 6 saves. It was a defense heavy game and no one gave an edge. 

Lucas Gehring had one shot, Eliud Villarreal had three shots with one on goal and one assist, and Aidin Joyce had 2 shots one on goal and that one being the Badgers only Goal of the game. 

The Boys look forward to this weekend where they will have their homecoming game against SUNY Delhi Saturday the 17th at 1:00 PM and then Sunday the 18th they also host Fisher at 1:00 PM.
