The Green Mountain College men's tennis team defeated Johnson State 9-0 in its first match of the season.
Alex Harcourt and Richie Perez both picked up four games on the day, despite the team loss.
Johnson State will return to the court on Sunday as it hosts Castleton with the match at Top Notch Resort in Stowe, Vt. with a start time of 4:30pm.
