LYNDON CENTER, Vt. - The Johnson men's cross country team ran to a seventh place team finish on Saturday at the Vermont Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships hosted by Lyndon State College. The Middlebury College Panthers won the event with a team score of 25 besting Lyndon's 48. The Badgers finished with score of 170, three spots behind Green Mountain's 167.
Freshman Brendan Walsh (Killingworth, Conn./Killingworth) was JSC's top finisher coming in 14th place overall in a time of 31:10.5 in a race won by Middlebury's Nate Sans in a time of 28:23.4.
