WATERVILLE, MAINE – Johnson State College women's cross country junior Brynn Cairns (Rutland, Vt.) has been named to the 2016 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Women's Cross Country All-Conference Second Team. Cairns earned the honor by finishing 14^th at the NAC Championship on Saturday, with a time of 23:24.9.

Alyssa August (Granby, Conn.) was also honored, being named to the NAC Sportsmanship Team. The senior captain finished 49^th at the NAC Championship on Saturday, with a time of 28:01.3.

Jason Harris (Lyndonville, Vt.) represented the Johnson State men's team on the NAC Sportsmanship team. The senior captain finished 62^nd at the NAC Championship on Saturday, with a time of 35:15.7.
