LYNDONVILLE,Vt.- The Northern Vermont-Johnson men's cross-country team competed in the Vermont State Meet on Saturday morning hosted by Northern Vermont University-Lyndon. 

 Kenneth Chandler(Morrisville, Vt.) was the top finisher on the men's side for the Badgers. Chandler came in 40^thplace and finished with a time of 36:22. Theo Trott raced in his first race of the year and finished with a time of 40:42. Richard Radcliff (Danbury,CT) finished 53^rdoverall with a time of 42:09. Coming in 56^thand 58^thwere Kijuan Hurst who raced in his first race of the season and Sheldon Billings (Ossipee,NH).

 Overall the Badgers finished in 7^thplace. They will travel to SUNY Canton on Saturday, October 6 to run in the SUNY Canton Kangaroo Invitational.
