CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE — The Northern Vermont University men's cross country team came in third place overall at the Lynx Invitational hosted by NHTI on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore Lawson Ouellette (North Thetford, Vt.) led the way for the Badgers with a time of 31:35. 

Dylan Young followed Ouellette with a time of 33:13. Junior Sheldon Billings (Ossipee, N.H.) set a personal record in the event, crossing the finish line in 34:19 to finish in 16th place. Dashaun Archer and Cole Shebak (Brookline, N.H.) rounded out the top five for the Badgers with times of 35:41 and 39:24 respectively.

UP NEXT

The Badgers will travel to Ogunquit, Maine on Saturday, September 21st to run at the Lobster Dash. The race is set to begin at 10:00am.
