The Mariners enjoyed a balanced scoring attack all day long. Rebekah Campbell led the Mariners with a double-double and had a game high 13 points and 11 rebounds. Starters Cheyenne Malloy and Leah Jackson also both chipped in 9 points on the afternoon for visiting MMA.

The Mariners defense took control of this game early as they held the home Badgers scoreless for the first six minutes of play. The Badgers scored first to begin the second half on a Kasey DeGreenia layup. However, the Mariners through the first six minutes of the second half continued to add to the lead and led by 19 points with 14 minutes remaining in the contest. The Badgers were unable to overcome the deficit and the Mariners coasted to a 16 point victory.

The Badgers will host visiting NAC rival Lyndon State College next Saturday with a 1:00p tip time while the Mariners will host Maine-Presque Isle on Tuesday at 5:30p in a non-conference tilt.
