JOHNSON, Vt. – On Friday, February 2, the Johnson State College women's basketball team celebrated Go Red for Women Day.

The event, coordinated by Johnson women's basketball student-athlete and athletic department intern Kaitlyn Brouard, is a part of the American Heart Association's movement to end heart disease and stroke. Through money raised by a 50/50 raffle, bake sale and donations, the team was able to donate over $300 to the American Heart Foundation.
