Today our women badgers basketball faced off against Maine Maritime in a fast paced high scoring affair from both teams. Maine Maritime came out to an early 20 point lead in the first half but Our Badgers never gave up and at one point fought back to only a single digit deficit. Sadly however they couldn't quite completely close the gap with the final score being 79-95.
Some standout performances are; Gabriella Wardwell with the double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds, Paris Atuahene with an impressive 31 points, Emma Buonanno with 16 points, and Devyn Thompson with 12 points.
After todays contest that puts the women's record at 9-6
Their next game is Monday 1/16/23 at 5:30 PM At Nichols College.
