NORTHFIELD, Vt. — The Northern Vermont University-Johnson women's soccer team fell to Norwich University 4-1 in their contest on Wednesday night.
SCORING
1st Half: Norwich (3-0-0) received a goal from Julia Koron and Zorya Webster to give the Cadets a 2-0 lead over Johnson (2-1-0) heading into halftime.
2nd Half: The Cadets added two more goals before junior Kelsey Cauchon (Colchester, Vt) answered with a goal of her own in the 74th minute.
GOALKEEPERS
Katie Bishop-Manning stopped eight shots earning the win for Norwich, while Kaitlin Boucher (Barre, Vt) tallied five saves in the loss for the Badgers.
NEXT UP
The Badgers will host Curry College in a 1:00 p.m. matchup at Minaert Field on Saturday, September 8th.
