FARMINGTON, MAINE — The Northern Vermont University-Johnson women's soccer team's season ended at the University of Maine-Farmington on Saturday afternoon. Farmington emerged with a 5-0 victory over the Badgers. Johnson ended the season with a 7-10 record overall and 2-5 record in the North Atlantic Conference.
SCORING
1st Half: Farmington's McKenna Brodeur gave the Beavers an early 2-0 lead as she found the back of the near twice in the first five minutes of action. Brodeur also tallied an assist on the third goal of the game, scored by teammate Fern Calkins that provided Farmington with a 3-0 lead at halftime.
2nd Half: Farmington's Ashley Gleason added a goal in the 64th minute. Brodeur rounded out the scoring for Farmington by completing her hat trick in the 67th minute, giving the Beavers a 5-0 victory over Johnson.
