The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has released the 2016 Volleyball Preseason Poll and Johnson State College has been ranked to finish sixth in a vote conducted by the league's coaches.
Johnson State (2015: 5-15, 0-6 NAC) enters the 2016 season under first-year head coach Joan Porambo. Senior Breanna Laughlin (San Jacinto, Calif.) returns to lead the Badger squad after being named to the All-NAC First Team last season. Laughlin and fellow returner Laurel Hubbert-Severance (Hinesburg, Vt.) will join a collection of newcomers in looking to build the program. Johnson will kick-off the season on the road against Lyndon on September 1.
