LYNDON CENTER, Vt. - The Johnson women's cross country team ran to a seventh place team finish on Saturday at the Vermont Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships hosted by Lyndon State College. The Middlebury College Panthers won the event with a team score of 15 besting Saint Michael's 50. The Badgers finished with score of 181, five spots behind Lyndon State's 176.
Sophomore Jill Porter (Springvale, Maine/Sanford) (pictured) was JSC's top finisher coming in 18th place overall in a time of 24:03.2 in a race won by Middlebury's Katie Carlson in a time of 20:21.6.
