FARMINGTON, Maine – The Johnson State College men's and women's cross country teams competed in the North Atlantic Conference Championship hosted by UMaine-Farmington on Saturday. Both teams finished in 9th place in their respective races.
WOMEN'S RECAP
Brynn Cairns (Rutland, Vt.) finished in 14th place for the Badgers with a time of 22:10. Sarah Sodaro (Monkton, Vt.) came in next for the Badgers in 60th, while Ashley Fogg (White River Junction, Vt.) and Kate Abdel-Fatah (Braintree, Vt.) placed 65th and 72nd. Jessica Malskis (Jay, N.Y.) finished out the scoring for Johnson, coming in 73rd.
MEN'S RECAP
Richard Radcliff (Danbury, Conn.) finished first for Johnson in 53rd, followed by Daniel Ott (Wyoming, N.Y.), who came in 55th. Jacob Greenia (Sheldon, Vt.) and Kyle Duffy (Waterbury Center, Vt.) came in 58th and 59th, while Sheldon Billings (Ossipee, N.H.) rounded out the top five for Johnson in 68th.
