Girls Basketball Development Camp

Sunday, August 5 - Thursday, August 9, 2018

Northern Vermont University-Johnson

Greg Eckman, Camp Director, Head Women's Basketball Coach

The Johnson State College Girls Basketball Development Camp enters its 7th year in operation. Campers from Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New York and Montreal, Canada have all attended our camps in the past!  This camp is built on the philosophy “ it takes each player maximizing their individual skills to the fullest for teams to succeed.”  When you come to our camp you will have the opportunity to learn from a wide array of staff.  Includes College Coaches, College Players, AAU and High School Coaches from the New England region.  All of whom have an incredible love and passion for the game of basketball and look forward to sharing their knowledge of the game with you.

Our camp is focused on improving your skill set and working those skills into a team game.  Whether you are an elite varsity/AAU player looking to learn from College level talent or looking to develop your young game, we will accomplish this through skills workouts, mini drills (the same drills we use in our college practices), fun competition games, and of course intense daily Full Court 5 vs 5 action all leading up to a Championship Night on the final night for the 5 vs 5 games.
