WATERVILLE, ME- The North Atlantic Conference office announced on Monday morning that Floyd Davis has been named the North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week. This is the fourth time this season that Davis has earned this honor. 

Davis was a top performer for the Badgers in a 2-0 week. Davis earned a double-double in the Badgers' win over Husson University, igniting the Badgers on both ends of the floor with 13 points and 11 rebounds on 50% shooting. In the teams' win over Maine Maritime Academy on Sunday, Davis anchored the defense with two blocked shots and a steal. Offensively, Davis scored five and dished out five assists in the 62-56 win. On the week, Davis averaged 9.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists per game, and shot an impressive 62.5% from the field.

Davis and the Badgers are back in action this Friday when they travel to the University of Maine Presque Isle.
