JOHNSON, Vt.-The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's volleyball schedule was released for the 2020 season on Tuesday morning.
In just the second year of the program the NVU-Johnson men's volleyball team has entered the New England Collegiate Conference and will face the likes of Dean College, Eastern Nazarene, Elms College, Endicott College, Lesley, and Nichols College.
The Badgers open up the season with back to back home matches against SUNY Potsdam and Colby Sawyer College. The team then hits the road on January 31 where they will face Pine Manor College and Kings College in a tri-match. The following the day men's volleyball will compete in another tri-match at Eastern Nazarene College against the Lions and will conclude the day against Mt. St. Vincent at 2:00pm.
The road trip continues the following week on February 8against Lesley University and Emerson College on February 15 and will end on February 22 after a conference match against Elms College and a non-conference battle against Rivier on February 22.
Men's volleyball returns home for conference matches against Endicott College on February 26thand will host Dean College for back to back matches with one being counted towards conference play on February 29. The Badgers then return on the road throughout the month of March competing against SUNY Potsdam, Regis College, Colby Sawyer and Nichols College.
The regular season concludes on Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28 when Lesley and Eastern Nazarene come to town to wrap up conference action.
The New England Collegiate College first round tournament play is set for Tuesday, April 7.
