JOHNSON, Vt. — The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's volleyball team fell to New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) opponent Endicott in straight sets on Wednesday evening.

The visiting Gulls took the first set 25-9 to take an early 1-0 lead over the Badgers before snagging the second set 25-9 to widen the gap to 2-0. The Badgers were unable to stop the Gulls momentum in the third set as Endicott took the final frame by a score of 25-11 to remain perfect in NECC action.

Ryan Willette and Michael Weston were the top performers for the Badgers with five kills each. Four Badgers recorded two digs each in the match and Jason Madrid recorded a team high 11 assists.

With the loss, the Badgers move to 4-8 overall and 0-1 in NECC play. Endicott improves to 12-2 overall and 3-0 in the NECC.
