XC: Johnson Competes in Runnin' Monks Invitational

STANDISH, Maine – The Johnson State College men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Runnin' Monks Invitational hosted by St. Joseph's (Me.) on Saturday morning. The men placed 6th as a team while the women did not register a team score.

MEN'S RECAP

Richard Radcliff (Danbury, Conn.) led the Badgers with a 23rd place finished, and was followed by Kyle Duffy (Waterbury Center, Vt.), who came in 26th. Duffy was followed by Jacob Greenia (Sheldon, Vt.) and Sheldon Billings (Ossipee, N.H.), who came in 28th and 29th, respectively. Dawda Jallow (Allen, Texas) rounded out the scoring five for Johnson with a 30th place finish.

WOMEN'S RECAP

Brynn Cairns (Rutland, Vt.) finished first for Johnson, cracking the top ten with a ninth place finish. Sarah Sodaro (Monkton, Vt.) and Jessica Malskis (Jay, N.Y.) rounded out the Johnson lineup, finishing 36th and 37th respectively.
