CASTLETON, Vt.-The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's cross-country team traveled to Castleton University to compete in the VT State Meet. Overall the Badgers took a 5^thplace team finish in the 8k run.

Lawson Ouellette was the top finisher for the Badgers holding a pace of 6:15. Ouellette finished 13^thoverall with an overall time of 31:31. Sheldon Billings had a top twenty finish holding a pace of 6:52 and finishing with an overall time of 35:42. 

Braxton Benvenuti and Cole Shebak followed, Benvenuti finished with a time of 35:54. Shebak finished 26^thoverall finishing in 39:50. Ayodeji Shokeye rounded out the Badger lineup finishing with a time of 43:43.

Castleton's Gannon McKearin finished first overall keeping a 5:26 pace and completed the race in an overall time of 26:59.
