  • NVU-Johnson Falls in NAC/NEAC Women's Tennis Championship

    Johnson, Vermont- Northern Vermont University-Johnson was defeated by Penn State Harrisburg in Sunday’s afternoon North Atlantic Conference/North Eastern Athletic Conferences women’s tennis crossover championship match. With the win, PSU Harrisburg earned an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Women’s Tennis Championship. The Badgers will conclude the 2020-2021 season with a record of 1-3.

    JOHNSON, Vt.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson Athletics Department continues to provide voter education for each state that our NVU-Johnson student-athletes are from. This past week the Badgers teamed up with the Coalition of Minority Student-Athletes, and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee in an effort to get all student-athletes and athletic staff registered to vote.

    JOHNSON, Vt.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson Athletics Department has teamed up with the NVU-Johnson Student Government Association and the new Coalition of Minority Student-Athletes group in an effort to educate our student-athletes on the importance of voting and the education behind voter registration for each state that our student-athletes are from. With the November 3rd election day approaching, the NVU-Johnson Athletics Department is focusing on voter registration, voter education, and voter participation for all student-athletes, coaches, and staff for the general election, state elections and local elections. Included here are resources to promote voter awareness and access to education regarding state-by-state voter opportunities.
