NVU-Johnson first-year Brian Lee is a 2021-22 Co-Rookie of the Year for Men's Basketball. Lee appeared in 11 conference games and started in seven. He averaged 20.7 points and 5.4 rebounds while playing 39 minutes per conference game. Lee was steady at the line, sinking 90.6% of his free throw attempts. The guard shot 36.3% from the floor and 36.7% behind the arc. Lee collected 38 rebounds (26 defensive), 13 assists, 12 steals, and a block against NAC opponents. The Badgers hosted a first-round game on Tuesday and advanced to the West Division Quarterfinals this weekend to face top-seeded SUNY Delhi.
