NVU Johnson Badgers Celebrate Women's History Month.
Feathering Hayley LeCours !! Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach.

Hayley LeCours joined the Johnson Athletics family in the fall of 2015 when she served as a Student Manager for the Women's basketball program. She was promoted to Assistant Coach at the conclusion of her junior year of undergraduate study and was later promoted to Associate Head Coach at the beginning of the 2018-2019 season. LeCours graduated Summa Cum Laude from Johnson State College in 2017 with a 3.99 GPA and earned her degree in Political Science as well as becoming a licensed secondary education teacher. Coach Hayley continued her work with the women's basketball program following graduation before bolstering her role within the Athletics department when she joined as a Graduate Assistant from 2018-2020. She quickly became a leader of gameday operations and continues to provide support at all Badgers sporting events. 

When asked of her goals and aspirations, LeCours shared that she strives to "lead a Badgers team to a NAC Conference championship in the near future and become a full-time member of the athletics staff, focusing on student-athlete academic development and retention."
