WATERVILLE, MAINE – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced the 2016-17 Winter/Spring All-Academic Team and 11 Johnson State student-athletes were selected.
Member institutions of the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) place a high value in the overall student-athlete experience while focusing on four attributes including Sportsmanship, Community/Global Service, SAAC/Campus Leadership, and Diversity and Inclusion. The NAC will be featuring one student-athlete at all ten member institutions throughout Division III Week, April 3-9, 2017, in a series titled "NAC Values."

JOHNSON, VT. – Women’s volleyball senior captain Breanna Laughlin (San Jacinto, Calif.) was honored with the Outstanding Student-Athlete Award at a reception held for JSC students who completed their degree requirements in August and December 2016 on Wednesday night. The award is given annually to a student-athlete graduating in August or December who makes significant contributions on the playing surface, in the classroom, and in the community.
JOHNSON, VT. – Four individuals and one team were inducted into the Johnson State College Athletics Hall of Fame on Saturday night in a ceremony held in the Stearns Performance Space on the campus of Johnson State College. The induction class of 2016 included Gail Favreau ‘91, Billy Noyes ’11, Frank Ponte ’06, Casey Rusin ’09, and the 1979 Men’s Ski Team.
