Requesting Rental of Space at SHAPE
Process:
Work with Athletic Department to creating a schedule of dates/times that are available and providing the required insurance. Entering into a contract for the space with Conference and Event Services and signing the contract and providing payment.

Liability Insurance Required:
ADULT ONLY GROUPS – Must provide a minimum 1 Million General Liability Insurance
GROUPS of youth under 18 years of age – Groups must provide the general liability insurance of a minimum 1 million and 1 million in Sexual Molestation coverage.
Usage:
Review all EAPs for space utilized and rules & guidelines of the shape facility. Check in with the front desk before accessing your space and when leaving. Clean up after your usage and lock up if appropriate.
