Badgers Bounce Back from Yesterday's Loss with a Triumphant Win Over Vermont Tech 89-62

Quickly wanting to put the sting of their loss on Saturday to Castleton the NVU Badgers jump out to a substantial lead 32-6 on Vermont Tech and cruised to a 89-62 victory. This was their second meeting in the last week and the outcome was the same. NVU held Vermont Tech to 30.3% shooting from the field and 4-21 from the 3 point line, and watched them shoot 12-22 (54%) from the foul line.

Our Badgers were led by Raymond Baka with 14 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks in 17 minutes of action. Maleek View had 10 points and David Jorden came off the bench and contributed 11 points including 2 3's. Malik Moore shot 3-4 from 3 point land.

The Badgers return to action at home on Tuesday (11/22) against Division 3 preseason 14th nationally ranked, Middlebury College.

Good job today in the confident win for the Badgers putting their record at a respectable 5-2, with a hot start to the beggining of the season.
