The SUNY Cobleskill men's golf team continued their hot start to the season capturing the championships of their own Fighting Tiger Fall invitational by posting a score of 305, the lowest round in program history to better the seven team field and topple three-time defending champion Sage College by five shots at the par 70/6163 year Cobleskill Golf & Country Club.
The Johnson State College Badgers placed 7th out of as many teams. Josh Reed led the team with an 83 followed by Tenzin Choezin who shot a 101.
The Badgers will next be in action on Thursday September 19 when they take to the road to compete in the MCLA Invitational at Waubeeka Golf Links.
