
JOHNSON, Vt. – The Johnson State College men's soccer team fell to Thomas College 2-0 in a North Atlantic Conference match on Saturday afternoon at Minaert Field.
SCORING
1st Half: Thomas (4-3-1, 2-0-1 NAC) got on the board in the 24th minute when Michael Sanzari collected a ball off of Johnson (5-4-0, 1-1-0 NAC) keeper Gerrit Lane (Moretown, Vt.) and buried it home for the 1-0 lead. Jack Gallagher doubled the Terriers' lead in the 32nd minute when he headed in a Nawfal El-Antri free kick taken from midfield to take the 2-0 lead.
2nd Half: No scoring.

Lane was tagged with the loss, allowing two goals on seven shots. Jonathan Dutka (4-2-1) earned the win, not facing a shot while in goal in the first half. He was replaced for the second half by John Villanueva, who stopped all four shots he faced.
