Men's Soccer Cruises to 3-0 Road Win against Lyndon

Men's soccer took to the road in their final regular season away game, securing a 3-0 win against the Lyndon Hornets. Aggressive from the whistle, the Badgers were unrelenting with their pressure toward the Lyndon goal, with six near-shots in the first 20 minutes. Logan Ingalls put the Badgers on the board first, finding the back of the net after a fast drive in the 25th minute in the first half, assisted by first year teammate, Jonathan Cayole's, rocket pass up the right side. Despite a dominating presence in the first half, the Badgers entered the break with a single goal lead at 1-0.

The second half saw the Badgers and Hornets open more evenly matched, limiting each other to just one shot apiece in the first 16 minutes. Ingalls then broke the stalemate again for the Badgers, launching his second goal of the game into the top left corner of Lyndon's goal. A reignited Badgers team saw Raymond Baka follow suit with a goal just eight minutes later, assisted by sophomore teammate, Owen Marchessault, before cruising to a final score of 3-0.

The Badgers return to action this Saturday at 3:30 pm, hosting Bryant and Stratton for the final game of the regular season.
