QUINCY, Mass.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's volleyball team traveled to Eastern Nazarene College on Saturday afternoon for two matches. The Badgers dropped the matches by scores of 3-0.

In the first match of the day, Eastern Nazarene cruised to a 3-0 victory to collect its fourth conference win of the season.

The Lions edged the Badgers in the opening set 25-16 to seize a 1-0 edge. The Lions doubled its advantage to 2-0 with a 25-20 decision in the second frame. While closing the first match in straight sets by a score of 25-17. Over the two matches, Ryan Willette paced Northern Vermont-Johnson with 10 kills to go with 12 digs while Dominic Phelps registered 12 digs and eight kills. Wyatt Moberg racked up 26 digs and Jason Madrid added 35 assists and four aces.

The Lions improve to 5-3 on the season and 4-2 in the New England Collegiate Conference with the wins. The Badgers dip to 0-6 overall and 0-5 in league action with the results.

The Badgers will host Nichols College on Wednesday evening in a NECC Conference match.
