First Game:
The Men's Volleyball Season started this weekend at home and it was a double header against Fisher College. They were able to sweep Fisher College in three straight sets in both games the first game score was 25-8, 25-12, and 25-15. As a Team our Badger's hit in efficient .377% with 33 kills on 61 attempts. The team also had a very impressive 22 service aces. Compared to Fisher Colleges -.150% with 6 kills on 40 attempts and their 3 service aces.
The Standout Performances for the Badgers were Eli Harden with a game high of 19 assists as well as he broke the school record for All-Time Assists which he now has 411 all time assists. A good all around game for Zachary Anderson with 10 assists, 8 kills on 16 attempts hitting a very efficient .438% with 4 aces with a total of 12.5 points. Luke Walters and Austin White tied for a game high of 7 service aces each. Austin White also had 6 kills on 9 attempts for a very efficient .556% and had the game high for points with 13. Bar Suster also got 6 kills on 9 attempts also hitting a very efficient .556% while getting 3 service aces with a total of 11.5 points. Sam Munson getting 4 kills on 6 attempts with a very efficient .500%. Last but not Least Dominic Phelps who had 5 kills on 8 attempts with a game high of hitting .625% as well as having the game high in digs with 5. Everyone played very well and it was a great first win for the Badgers.
Second Game:
The second game went similarly to the first were our Badgers swept Fisher College in 3 straight sets with the scores being 25-10, 25-10, and 25-14. As a team the Badgers got 23 kills on 61 attempts hitting a .164% while having a very impressive 23 service aces. Compared to Fisher's College 5 kills on 49 attempts hitting a -.204% with 2 service aces.
The Standout Performances were Eli Harden leading the game with 9 assists. Zachary Anderson with 8 assists and 6 kills with 2 service aces, Austin White with another incredible serving performance leading the game with 8 aces while adding 3 kills for 11 total points, Bar Suster with 5 kills on 8 attempts with a game high hitting percentage of .625% while adding 3 aces as well giving him 8 points. Dominic Phelps with an impressive 7 service aces as well as adding 2 kills for 9 points on the night as well as leading the game in digs with 7.
This put's their record at 2-0 and are on a two game winning streak as well.
They Play next at home Saturday 2/4/23 against Colby-Sawyer at 11 AM and then Dean College at 3 PM
