Men's Volleyball Drops Matchup against Endicott

BEVERLY, MA – Vermont State University Johnson's men's volleyball team traveled south to Beverly, MA Saturday afternoon for an NEVC matchup against the Endicott College Gulls. In the midst of a dominating stretch in which Endicott has lost just one set in their previous five matches, the Gulls extended their win streak to six against the Badgers, in a 3-0 victory.

Despite the loss, the Badgers posted an increase in score from set to set, scoring 9, 11, and 13 to close out the day. Coinciding with their upwards trajectory in points, the Badgers increased their point streak across each set too, managing two-point swings in the first, three-point swings in the second, and maxing at four by the third, highlighted by a kill from Sam Munson followed by a service ace from Luke Walters. Walters led the Badgers in assists, with 10 coupled alongside his 4.5 points. Joining Walters with 4+ points on the day were fellow Badgers, Munson (4 pts) and Patrick Holmes (5 pts).

The Badgers look to snap their current streak with a victory at home against Fisher College on 3/23, with games times at 12 pm and 2 pm.
