The men's volleyball program swept the Fisher Falcons in straight sets across Saturday's home opening doubleheader. For the second time this season, the Badgers posted back-to-back 3-0 matches in a single-day double-header.

SUMMARY

The Badgers were never in true threat in either of Saturday's matchups, securing six straight set wins by double digits each time. The Badgers saw their closest score of the day in the opening set of game #1, when they took the set in 25-14. They would follow with their most dominating set of the game next, 25-7, before closing out the first match of the day 25-10. Johnson rode their momentum in their return to the court with their most commanding set of the season thus far, opening the match 25-5. They would find the remaining sets under their control too with scores of 25-12 and 25-10 to close out the match. 

KEY STATS 

• Io Binder led game one in points with 11 pts, teammate Sam Munson was second with 10 pts
• Liam Carrick and Owen Marchessault held the highest K% in game one with 1.000 (5-5 and 1-1, respectively)
• Spencer Tergeoglou led game one with 9 assists and followed his performance in game two with 9 again
• Luke Walters contributed 13 pts in game two, second only behind teammate Munson who recorded 15
• Binder recorded the most assists in game two with 11
