Men's Cross Country Hosts Dual Meet

JOHNSON, Vt.-The Northern Vermont University-Johnson men's cross-country team hosted a dual meet on the Johnson Rail Trail against the NVU-Lyndon Hornets on Monday evening.

Lawson Ouellette was the leader for the Badgers in the 4000-meter race. Ouellette recorded a time of 14:52 that was good for a second-place overall finish. Sheldon Billings finished fourth overall with a time of 16:28. Cole Shebak finished sixth overall with a time of 18:09. Andrew Westphal finished in a time of 18:38 and Javon Daniels rounded out the top finishers with the Badgers finishing ninth overall in a time of 19:15.

The Hornet's Christopher Chichester took home the first-place finish recording a time of 14:06.

UP NEXT

Men's cross-country will travel to SUNY Canton on Saturday, October 5 to compete in the Kangaroo Invitational. The race will begin at 12:00pm.
