JOHNSON, Vt.- The Northern Vermont University-Johnson women's softball schedule was released for the 2020 season earlier today.

To open up the 2020 NVU-Johnson women's softball season the team will return to Clermont, Florida on Sunday, February 23 where they will compete in The Spring Games. The Badgers will spend eight days in the sunshine state where they will face the likes of Alma College, Cabrini, Point Park University, Hanover College, St. Josephs (Brooklyn), Elizabethtown, and Concordia-M'head. The team will return home on Sunday, March 1.

When the Badgers return they will have a break until they travel to non-conference opponent SUNY Delhi on Saturday, April 4 for a double header against the Broncos. The team will remain on the road for the first half of April and will travel to Husson University on Friday, April 10 and Thomas College on Saturday, April 11 for double header North Atlantic Conference contests. 

After returning home from Maine, women's softball will head to Henniker, New Hampshire to face New England College in a non-conference double header on Tuesday, April 14. The University of Maine Presque Isle will travel to NVU-Johnson for the Badgers first home double header on Saturday, April 18. The Badgers will stay at home for two more consecutive double headers when they face rival NVU-Lyndon on Wednesday, April 22 and SUNY Canton on Saturday, April 25.

The Badgers close out the 2020 season the following day when they travel to the University of Maine Farmington to compete in a North Atlantic Conference double header.
