WATERVILLE, ME- The Northern Vermont University- Johnson women's soccer team fell to Thomas College on Saturday afternoon.
SCORING
1stHalf- The Badgers didn't find the back of the net in the first half. Thomas College scored two quick goals in the 11thminute and 13thminute of play to lead 2-0 early. Katherine Hoving scored her second goal of the game in the 23rdminute of play to give Thomas a 3-0 lead going into the second half.
2ndHalf- Thomas scored five goals in the second half and the Badgers were scoreless. Hoving scored three more goals in the second half.
Thomas College had a total of 28 shots and the Badgers had a total of 5 shots for the game.
GOALKEEPERS
Both Mia Blackwell (Cape Cod, MA) and Kaitlin Boucher (Barre, Vt.) both spent time in goal. Blackwell collected 1 save and Boucher collected 9 saves.
