Johnson Badgers and Paul Smith Stuck in Deadlock, Game Ends in a Tie 1-1

Neither team could pull ahead to capture the win. Paul Smith College came out on the early attack with Hayleigh Gates scoring the first goal assisted by Grace Kronick. They didn't hold the lead for long as Peyton Fairchild was able to score the tying goal 15 minutes later where the score would remain the same for the remainder of the contest. Our Johnson Badgers came out aggressive on the offensive end over doubling Paul Smith's shots with 22 to their 10. Isabel Atkisson recorded 6 saves, Jordan Pelland got 4 shots 2 of them on goal, Denyce Ruiz recorded 6 shots with 1 of them on goal, Emma Buonanno getting 3 shots on goal, Maddie House had 2 shots with 1 on goal, Lily Mullin, was also able to get 2 shots on goal, Samantha Flynn got off 3 shots 1 of them on goal, Catherine Plant was also able to record a shot on goal, and Peyton Fairchild's only shot of the contents ended up being the game tying goal. 

The team played hard and aggressive and is now looking forward to Wednesday's game against Vermont Tech where they expect to continue to go hard on the offensive end.
